We had to do a photography challenge where we took photos from around our house. We had a list of 20 things to take photos of and I had loads of fun doing it. Once we had taken all of the photos we had to make them into a collage. Here are some of the photos that I took.
I made my collage with all the photos using BeFunky and it ended up looking like this.

This collage looks beautiful. It is the sort of thing you might print off, frame and hang on the wall. I really like the creative angles you have used. It is effective also because you have mixed close up, distance, colour and black and white. Do you have a favourite?
ReplyDeleteHi Sharon.
DeleteThank you so much! It was really fun taking all the photos and I love how all of them came out but I think that my favorite one would have to be the close up of Kitty.
Hey Olive, that looks awesome, I don't know much about taking photos but they look pro level to me, can you give me some tips? I'd really like to up my photo game.
ReplyDeleteHi Mr Redmond,
ReplyDeleteI don't think that I have many tips but one of them might be to find interesting angles. For example if you were taking a photo of a flower instead of taking the photo straight on try taking it on a diagonal. Another one would be to try taking a photo from a few different sides to find out what the best lighting is. Thank you for commenting on my blog.
Hi Olive, great photography, are you using a phone camera? I agree with Sharon, this would make an awesome piece of art for the wall. I think my favourite shot is the one of you and Elliot.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy, I was using my Mum's phone to take the photos. I like the one of me and Elliot as well.
DeleteGreat work in going back and trying Befunky out. When I first looked at your blog post you just had single framed photos. There's definitely a difference with the impact your blog post has, when you compare single photos vs a collage. In this instance the collage works well because it's a collage challenge. For future blogs posts Olive think when it's best to upload just a photo or where you can use tools like Befunky to add more impact to your post. I look forward to seeing more! Elizabeth K
